The red wine Barolo DOCG Bricco delle Viole, vintage 2021 from the winery G.D. Vajra has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Clear ruby colour with a light garnet rim. Very clear and calming nose of fresh plums, with some mineral smoke and rose petals. Polished on the palate, shows plenty of fine-meshed tannins, extremely precise, spreads across the palate, juicy and with good tension.
