Pastel pink in colour. Quite a clear Pinot on the nose. In the mouth, the wine is medium-bodied in alcohol and extract, has a very fine mousse, a subtle mineral tinge, a rather ripe acidity and a fresh, crisp finish. A stylish sparkling aperitif wine.
