Tasting Notes
Lots of yeasty notes at first, also bitter almonds, then acacia honey with aeration, mature, ripe notes, white flowers. A very fine mousse on the palate, balanced by a lively acidity, charming fruit notes and a pinch of residual sweetness. Accessible and lovely.
