The crémant NV »Geldermann Crémant« Baden brut from the winery Geldermann Privatsektkellerei has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
This has a fragrant and fresh nose with aromas of freshly grated lemon peel, vanilla, and hay. There is a lively acidity on the palate, with a dynamic mousse, and a citrus finish, building tension right to the finish. It is a good aperitif, and it is also suitable to pair with shellfish.
