This needs aerating. It has a cool vivid but dark berry fruit aroma, along with blackberry, plum, cherry, some minerality, and liquorice. It is very fresh and slender on the palate, with a beautiful extract that creates tension, as well as ripe tannins, a juicy acidity, and vivid fruit. It finishes long and juicy, with nuances of black pepper.
