A subtle and initially emphatically savoury bouquet, with notes of bay leaf, thyme and allspice, alongside nuances of blackberry compote, black cherry and liquorice. Juicy and gripping on the palate, notes of balsamic and fruit, ripe, slightly noticeable tannins and a long finish.
