Tasting from 14.10.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Initially somewhat reductive. With a little oxygen, notes of dark forest berries, sour cherry and plum. Delicate yet full-bodied on the palate, with juicy acidity, dark fruit and an ethereal freshness on the long finish. Beautiful tannins, but unfortunately too much on the reductive side.
