Tasting from 09.12.2022: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Initially slightly reductive on the nose. With a little oxygen, notes of confit cherries, blackberries and dried chokeberries are revealed. There are also hints of cocoa and liquorice. Pleasant, textured fullness on the palate, ripe acidity and dark and red berry fruit. Fine-grained tannins and a long fruity finish.
