Tasting from 07.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear, rich ruby with a deep garnet rim. Fine matured notes, of cabbage florets, saffron, dried rose petal and plum. Gripping and savoury on the palate, opens with plenty of grippy tannin, firm and deep, finishing with earthy notes.
