Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red with glints of garnet. On the nose, mint, Amarena cherries and white pepper. On the palate, savoury and spicy notes, as well as some blood orange, gripping tannins, an animated acidity, with a subtly ethereal and persistent finish.
More about the tastingBright ruby. Opens with notes of rose petals and wild raspberry, some blood orange. Hearty and gripping in the attack and course, in the mid palate there is a lot of plum, then in the finish it is unfortunately quite coarse and drying.
