The red wine Se Primitivo Salento IGT, vintage 2021 from the winery Gianfranco Fino Viticoltore has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Primitivo from the region Puglia in Italy.
Dark bright ruby red with slight brightening on the rim. The nose has an intense aroma of ripe plums and blueberries, black elderberries, Mediterranean herbs, reverberating cinnamon and black pepper. The palate is very juicy and with good flow, fine and well integrated tannins, spicy on the long finish.
