The red wine Se Primitivo Salento IGT, vintage 2022 from the winery Gianfranco Fino Viticoltore has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Primitivo from the region Puglia in Italy.
Bright, rich ruby red with a slightly brightening rim. Intense and inviting aroma of ripe cherries and plums, Mediterranean herbs, black pepper and hints of leather on the nose. Very deep on the palate with a good flow, fine-grained and well-integrated tannins and a lingering herbal savouriness in the long finish.
