The red wine Barolo DOCG, vintage 2021 from the winery Giuseppe Principiano has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright ruby colour. Clear, appealing nose, with notes of raspberry, pomegranate and saffron, some truffle in the background. Finely elaborated fruit on the attack, lots of raspberry, then opens up with grippy tannins, firm drive on the finish.
