Shining salmon pink with persistent mousse. Fresh fruity scent with nuances of watermelon, fresh grapefruit and pomegranate, with light floral undertones. On the palate crispy fruit and great integrated mousse, good tension, slightly salty, nicely integrated fruit expression, very gluggable.
