Bright straw yellow, green reflections and a delicate mousse. Beautiful expression on the nose, with fresh and pronounced aromas of banana, hazelnut and yellow apple with just a hint of cream. Juicy and clear on the palate, with good structure, fine drive, hearty and approachable, great complexity and length.
More about the tastingBrilliant green silver with persistent mousse. Herbs, mint, some wet stone and grapefruit on the nose, reminiscent of sage. Fading mousse on the palate, delicate citrus fruit, slightly phenolics and somewhat bitter aftertaste.
