Tasting from 28.04.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Elderberry, wild blueberry and blackberry confit, some cinnamon. Lively, but also concentrated on the palate, fine-grained, judicious fresh tannin, juiciness and suppleness harmonize in the mid-palate, the fruit is not yet fully developed, but hints of great flavour suggests future good ageing potential. Well-made, serious red.
