Tasting Notes

89+
Tasting from 22.03.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Fragrant on the nose, spicy wood like coconut, vanilla, roasted notes, ripe pears, honeydew melons, corn tossed in butter. Powerful on the palate, medium-weight extract, creamy, juicy fruit, spiciness, slightly peppery, well-integrated acidity. A Chardonnay that also stands up to stronger dishes.
