Dark ruby, deep coloured core, with purple reflections, and a delicate ochre rim. Discreet floral underlay, ripe cherry fruit, candied orange zest in the background. and a dark wild berry aroma. Complex, substantial, pleasant sweet fruit, vivid tannins, fine nougat, and with some minerality on the finish. It has length and certain development potential, and it is a spicy food wine.
