Medium greenish yellow, with silver reflections, and a fine persistent mousse. Yellow tropical fruit underpinned with nice nutty aromas, and delicate blossom honey, an attractive bouquet. Good complexity, white apple, a lively structure, finely meshed with some minerality, and a lemony touch. It is long, and it is a youthful food wine with some class.
