Honeydew melon and pear in a slightly smoky ambience, also apple and apple peel. Powerful and also broad on the palate with beautiful freshness, tension and mineral timbre, emphatically dry, full-bodied, compact, with a fine saltiness, cultivated phenolics, powerful, with strength, tension and always elegant and nuanced.
