Rock flour initially on the nose, ripe citrus fruits, mirabelle plum, saffron, subtle pepper, and dried herbs. Relaxed flow on the palate, dense and straightforward, savouriness that develops more and more towards the finish and lingers, subtle acidity and clear fruit.
