The red wine Monsvini, vintage 2015 from the winery Gradis'ciutta has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Clear, lively ruby colour. Intense and appealing nose of cassis, blackberry and aromatic herbs, some liquorice in the background. Round and supple in the approach, opens with a lot of smooth, well-integrated tannin, fine herbal savouriness, good energy, unfortunately a lot of oak influence on the finish.
