Tasting from 16.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow in colour. A mediumly expressive nose, with subtle stony notes then some sealing wax, pear yogurt, peach, resin, quince, and hazelnuts. The palate is full-bodied and slightly phenolic with clear fruit, and a punchy slightly saline finish. Has the potential for further ageing.
