Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. A multi-faceted bouquet, with delicate notes of marguerite daisies, hints of verbena, jasmine tea and white pear. Tight-knit and complex on the palate, with notes of white nougat and ripe apple, fine acidity, creamy, and a persistent, salty finish. An elegant, barrel aged example, a great food wine.
