Tasting from 24.04.2026: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Reddish amber in the glass. Notes of crema catalana, dried fig, dates, strawberries and plum on the nose. Also hints of brittle, lovage and woody-spicy notes. On the palate, a beautiful interplay between present sweetness and matching acidity, fruity, spicy, long salty finish.
