Tasting from 24.04.2026: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Intense black berry fruit, delicate hints of candied orange zest and licorice, dark cherries, some figs and nougat, multi-faceted bouquet. Powerful, complex, ripe cherries, delicate hints of raisins, taut and mineral, salty and slatey on the finish, juicy and persistent, elegant style, already drinkable. (PM)
