Tasting Notes
Deep golden brown, copper reflections. Delicately nutty dried plums, herbal and spicy, a hint of nougat, some bourbon vanilla and cardamom, a hint of rancio, mineral, candied orange zest. Full-bodied, very complex, silky texture, hints of raisins, finesse-rich acidity, fine red berry nuances on the long finish, salty aftertaste. (PM)
