Light greenish yellow, silver reflections, energetic, fine mousse. Delicate yeasty nuances, light tropical fruit such as mango, hints of lime and white flowers, with a touch of blossom honey in the background. Complex, fine toasty aromas of toffee, nougat, ripe white apple and a fine, well-integrated acidity. The finish has a nutty touch and some honeyed sweetness. Very long lasting, great ageing potential.
