Light yellow-green with silver reflections and a fine, lively mousse. Hints of pink grapefruit, lime zest alongside tropical fruit like fresh lychee. There's an underlying, subtle yeasty character alongside a subtly smoky bouquet. The palate is juicy and elegant with fine white stone fruit nuances, elegant acidity and a pleasant minerality. The finish is lemony-salty touch and long. Still youthful.
