Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections. Restrained aroma, opens slowly, garden herbs of lemon lemon balm, bay leaf with a touch of candied pineapple and quince, DELICATE smoky aromas. Full-bodied on the palate, harmonious acidity and the finest mousse show great finesse, lively salty minerality lingers on the lips. Complex and profound with enormous length. Very individual with good certain ageing potential.
