Tasting from 25.04.2025: Ulrich Sautter
Slightly caramelised on the nose, also with a greenish undertone reminiscent of paprika, but also intensely fruity: peach, apricot, a hint of mint and nutmeg. The palate is light-bodied. The rather mild acidity is supported by a little carbon dioxide for a refreshing effect. An uncomplicated pleasure for the balcony and terrace.
