Light salmon pink in colour and delicately sparkling. Tart fruit of redcurrant, sour cherry and rosehip on the nose, with herbal and spicy notes of aniseed, thyme and violets as well as toast and brioche. Powerfully effervescent on the palate with juicy, fresh acidity and a clear dosage that emphasises the fruit. Subtle bitter notes and yeast-risen pastry on the finish.
