Subtle bouquet characterised by ripe fruit and pleasant roasted notes. Notes of dried plum, sour cherry and blueberry. Also subtle hints of caramel. Ripe acidity on the palate, dried and cooked wild berries, some salted caramel, slightly noticeable tannin, long savoury finish.
