Rich, deep dark ruby with pronounced violet tones. Fleshy, dense nose, lots of elderberries, some pomegranate. Beautiful playfulness, lots of juicy fruit up front, unfortunately unfolds with quite rough tannins, slightly drying on the finish, additional ageing may bring improvement.
