Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. Elegant nose of brioche, ripe pear and candied citrus fruits. Full-bodied and silky on the palate, very complex with mineral notes and finely tuned acidity. Long finish, nutty and exotic.

Light greenish yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Underlaid with a hint of brioche, fine yellow apple fruit, delicate mango, floral notes and candied orange zest in the background. Complex and full-bodied with ripe yellow tropical fruit, fine acidity counters the fruity-sweet finish very well which also has a touch of saltiness.
