Tasting Notes
A subtle hint of iron oxide informs the tender red fruit that appears on the nose first. This is followed by darker, slightly smoky notions of cherry. The palate is lithe, smooth and very, very fresh, but imbued with a lovely tang of Amarena cherry and a smooth texture that carries subtle vanilla and smoke from very well handled oak. The finish is dry, fresh and aromatic.
