Tasting Notes
Very beautiful, brilliant dusty rose colour. Intense, multi-layered bouquet of wild strawberry, stewed cherry and orange confit, followed by smoked bacon and some cookie. Very delicate mousse. Full of tension on the palate, full-bodied with fine sea salt and velvety acidity with an elegant finish. A refreshingly juicy finish of blood orange and redcurrant lingers for a long time. Brilliant rosé sparkling wine for many occasions.
