Initially still yeasty on the nose, herbaceous aromas emerge with air contact behind the spontaneous fermentation wooden barrel complex. In the mouth, the wine is well bundled, taut, with high-energy acidity and restrained use of sweetness. The wine is characterised by minerals through and through, currently still very closed, with the best prospects.
