Tasting from 11.11.2022: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Fine fruit aromas, cherry, plum, raspberry, with some cinnamon and cloves, subtle pastry. Medium-bodied on the palate with noticeable, ripe acidity and fine tannins. Beautiful length with notes of wild berries. Finishes pleasantly juicy, but the tannin remains somewhat on the palate.
