Dark, dense ruby red. Concentrated bouquet with notes of dark berries and ripe plum. This is joined by the subtle sweetness of baking spices such as vanilla and clove. Full-bodied on the palate, with gentle acidity and powerful fruit. Fine-grained, almost soft tannin, dark fruit on the finish.
