Pale yellow, green hints, silver reflections. On the nose, fresh meadow herbs, background notes of white apple and lime zest, mineral touch. Light on its feet, juicy, white tropical fruit, lean clean texture, fine acidity and a salty note. Very youthful and drinking perfectly after 25 years of bottle ageing.
