The sweet and dessert wine Muskat-Ottonel Auslese, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Tschida – Angerhof has been rated in 2022 by Peter Moser with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Muskat-Ottonel from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Pale golden yellow with silver reflections. Intense white flower notes of jasmine and hibiscus, with lime oil and fresh passion fruit also making for a multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy and elegant on the palate with a core of white peach and well-integrated sweetness balanced by a lively acidity. It's persistent, with an echo of fruity sweetness on the finish, and already very gluggable.
