The red wine Spätburgunder Auslese trocken Westerhäuser Königstein, vintage 2008 from the winery Harzer Weingut Kirmann has been rated in 2010 with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Saale-Unstrut in Germany.
Ruby red. Restrained nose, some cassis, fine mineral notes. On the palate a beautiful dense substance, still somewhat hard and angular, but will grind down and then show its sweetness and elegance.
