Picpoul and Roussanne. Lime peel, grapefruit. On the palate compact, dense, with volume, but also with polish and juiciness, the fine acid nerve gives freshness, but also fits seamlessly into the gastronomic taste picture. Grilled fish, oysters - a versatile companion at the table.
