The red wine Porkoláb-völgy Kadarka, vintage 2019 from the winery Heimann & Fiai has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Kadarka from the region Szekszárd in Hungary.
Bright crimson in colour. On the nose, a very fine fruity aroma of griotte, with a hint of caramel and some floral tones. On the palate, there is supple, almost creamy fullness on the one hand, but also an elegant lightness and lots of juice on the other. Harmonious acidity. In addition, an incredibly fine, almost ethereally dissolved tannin. A very original, delicately mineral wine.
