Tasting from 27.03.2026: Ulrich Sautter

A ripe, caramel nose with intense yellow-fruity notes: Nectarine, peach compote, also pineapple. The palate is supple and full-bodied, develops a stately volume, fullness, silky sweetness carries the fruit, the counterpart is the tactile minerality rather than the acidity, which appears very ripe at the beginning and then gains power and intensity on the palate. Très Klingelberger! Certainly great with poultry liver.
