The white wine Villette Vase No 10, vintage 2015 from the winery Domaine Mermetus – Henri et Vincent Chollet has been rated in 2016 by Martin Kilchmann with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chasselas from the region Villette in Switzerland.
Pale lemon yellow; fresh-fruity, delicate bouquet, citrus and subtle yeasty notes; strong attack on the palate, concentrated, dense, but also fresh and lively, juicy acidity, serious structure; long, gripping finish. Very tasty, attractive Chasselas that is great fun to drink.
