Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 01.01.2017: Martin Kilchmann

Strong red; intensely fruity bouquet, notes of raspberry, cherry, pepper, appears somewhat primary fruity; strong attack on the palate, clear CO2, juicy acidity, youthful, rich tannin, medium-bodied, fruity-spicy aromas; good length. Still very youthful and somewhat unfinished, but well composed, needs to mature.
