Tasting Notes
This Hill of Grace falls into the powerful and rich spectrum yet remains poised and composed. While there are dark fruits in the midst, this is savoury and complex with layers of licorice, mocha, cedary oak and warm earth. It is full-bodied with plush tannins veering towards a sensation of hazelnut skins and great persistence. Complex certainly and definitely built for ageing. Drink 2026-2041+. J.F.
