Tasting Notes
A fine savoury raisin tone to the nose with baked apple. It is very viscous in the mouth, but with immediate savoury slate notes in the background. It has concentrated acidity, and seems cool and carefree despite all its sweetness and oiliness. A Beerenauslese with a tight core and very good ageing potential.
